I understand that AGS LAW is engaged in debt collection and is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

I understand that any payment made through agslaw.settlementapp.com is voluntary and that any personal information submitted is done on a voluntary basis, either to make a payment transaction on an account or to communicate with AGS LAW about an account.

I understand that my use of this online payment site is optional.

I understand that unless I am making a payment pursuant to an approved payment arrangement, or unless I am paying my account balance in full, making a payment will not supersede further collection activities.

I understand that this authorization relates to the collection of a debt.

I understand that AGS Law reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice to me and that I am encouraged to read these Terms of Website Use before each use of this website.
